Our goal at AJ Construction and Development is to be the first company that comes to mind when someone talks to you about remodeling or building a home. Our hope is that you will feel confident and enthusiastic telling them about your experience with our company.

The majority of our work comes from repeat clients and their referrals, so we want to thank our loyal customers for their kind words and faith in our company by giving you rewards.

We will award any client, friend, or business associate a reward equal to 1% of the total cost of any project we complete as a direct result of their referral.

To ensure overall fairness, our Referral Rewards Program is subject to the following guidelines:

1. AJ Construction and Development must receive the completed Confirmatory Rewards Form found above. Once received, AJ Construction and Development will send you an acknowledgment of our receipt of this form.

2. The 1% reward will be calculated based upon the overall price (excluding sales tax and permits) of the finished project. The reward will be paid when the project is completed and we’ve received payment in full. In the event a client doesn’t pay their entire amount due, the 1% reward will be calculated using the actual amount paid.

This reward can take the form of a cash payment or a charitable donation of your choice.

3. No rewards will be paid out for future projects with the same client. In other words, we’ll only pay a reward for one construction project per client referred.

4. If two people make claim for the same referral reward, the reward will be paid to the first person from whom AJ Construction and Development receives their Confirmatory Rewards Form via email, FAX or hard copy.

5. This program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at the sole discretion of AJ Construction and Development.
